The venue is suitable for meetings, conferences, receptions, dinner and dance functions, concerts, lectures and stage events for 150 guests (200 lecture/performance) on the ground floor (main hall and lobby). There is a small hall suite on the first floor (small hall suite) ideal for community and business meetings, workshops, and smaller social events not requiring cooking facilities and PA. High quality technical systems are available: wide screen projection, PA, staging and theater lighting. Halls have fan ventilation. Conference equipment and wifi available. Tables and chairs are provided free of charge, small tables and chairs for children’s activities.
Reception is always manned. Conferences and functions are allocated an event manager. We do not provide event cleaning or security etc, in order to reduce the costs to the user. Technical support for our audio-visual systems can be arranged for events and functions.
