User to clear all material, tables and surfaces, bag rubbish, sweep floors and clean kitchen if used.

Function package includes use of kitchen / dishwasher, tables and chairs, stage, PA option 1or2, setup from 9am

Booking consecutive slots / both floors. The lower price will qualify for 33% discount.

MAIN HALL NOTES:

Our community letting rates are kept low wherever possible by allowing users to provide their own setup and cleaning. Please respect this by taking the time to leave the rooms as you would expect to find them. We will provide tables and chairs in the suite for you to place as you wish. All cleaning materials are provided. You will be asked to clean all surfaces and equipment you use, to change bin bags, and to hoover / mop up any mess on the floors, as the next user may be coming in before our cleaner. Community evening activities/meetings. These low cost evening slots are not intended for parties or functions. Quiet music (85dBA) is okay, no cooking please, cold food or limited warm up food is okay.

160 chairs allows good circulation aisles, and a good stage space at the front of the hall
Additional rows can be added to increase this to 180 or 200, but only if no other tables / material is needed and stewards ensure the reduced aisles are kept free of pushchairs, bags and other obstructions.
The room maximum of 250 allows for personnel "on stage", standing ushers etc.
