MAIN HALL LAYOUTS. Room dimensions
The number of guests for functions and performances is limited to 200 maximum. If the upstairs hall is used as an overflow, 100 additional guests can stand or sit upstairs (not suitable for additional seated meal space).
For other events: standing buffet or theatre layout with minimal stage area, then 220+ is possible in the main hall subject to our agreement of the activity / room layout. Arc layouts slightly reduce the capacity.
It is possible to seat 150-200 for a function meal and have room for a stage and limited dance area. Two examples are given below, one with 21 rectangular tables, one with 15 round tables:
These layouts are quite dense, if a spacious layout is required then numbers should be kept to 100-120 with stage and dance area, or 150 seated at tables without a dance floor.
It is possible to seat up to 200 for a function meal at individual settings if no dance floor is left during the meal. Tables can be cleared at the end of the seated meal to create a dance floor:
Staging can be placed at front or right hand side of the room.
Buffet tables for food can be placed at rear or sides of the main hall, or in the lobby. For larger numbers, using the lobby for food service saves space in the main hall.
