We have occasional requirements for event staff. Tasks include doorman/cloakroom, directing guests, setting and clearing rooms and food, and clearup/washup. Events range from business meetings and seminars to functions and wedding receptions. There is no regular pattern of work, there are daytime and evening, weekday and weekend requirements. We pay £8-9/per hour and any work after midnight is at £15/hour.

Our main requirements are that you are willing to join in with the team to get the work done, and to serve our clients with an attitude of humility and generosity to our clients, in line with our church ethos. We will also expect you to turn up reliably, to be presentable, and to communicate politely with staff and guests.

Our requirements for staff vary throughout the year, so we would welcome registrations from local people who are able to be flexible, but would like the fun, and extra income of occasional venue work with a pleasant team, in a low hassle environment.
