The price list contains different rates for commercial hire and for charity / community hire. Business hire: seminars, conferences, product launch, training, public performance, filming, is charged at commercial rates. Commercial selling from the premises (fairs, product sales) are not generally allowed, except where they have fair trade or charitable purpose. By negotiation the church may agree use for product showcase and range launch where sales on the day is not the primary purpose.
Private hire by local groups and residents for social use qualifies for our community rates. Charity hire (except for charitable business or high profile fund raising) also qualifies for the reduced rate.
There are concession rates for local residents (within about a mile of the church) in receipt of any low income benefit. The qualifying area is defined by a map in the church reception area.
There are specific booking periods when priority is given for children’s parties and other community activities, as shown on the submenu pages.
